2. Data we may process

Through the contact form we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number and the information you voluntarily enter in the project description. The server may generate technical security logs such as the IP address, access date and browser type.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• responding to enquiries and preparing a quotation, based on steps taken at the request of the person concerned;
• professional communication and performance of contractual obligations;
• security, operation and protection of the website, based on legitimate interests;
• recruitment, when you voluntarily submit an application;
• optional cookies, only on the basis of consent.

4. Retention period

Commercial enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond and to manage the resulting professional relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. Applications that do not result in employment are deleted within no more than 6 months unless separate consent is given for longer retention.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be accessed only by authorized personnel and by technical providers required for hosting and communications, within contractual limits. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and may object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

7. Cookies

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for operation and for storing the consent preference. Optional analytics cookies are not enabled before acceptance. You can change your choice by deleting the website cookies in your browser; the consent banner will then be displayed again.
