ENERGRAFICS · Industrial Energy Management

Turn energy consumption into measurable decisions

ENERGRAFICS is the Control Soft & Automation software platform for monitoring and analysing industrial energy consumption.

ENERGRAFICS for industrial energy monitoring and efficiency

From consumption to decision

A complete view of energy use

ENERGRAFICS turns measurements from meters, inverters, gateways and industrial equipment into useful information for production, maintenance and management.

Real-time monitoring

Track electricity, gas, steam, water and other utilities.

Industrial structure

Organize data by sites, plants, departments, areas, machines and consumers.

Analysis and comparison

Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly comparison, including specific-consumption indicators.

Energy alarms

Thresholds for peak demand and abnormal consumption.

Technical reports

Centralized information for analysis, audit and energy-efficiency actions.

Photovoltaic systems

Monitor production, yield, consumption and relevant PV indicators.

Industrial integration

Connected to existing infrastructure

ENERGRAFICS can collect data from energy meters, PLCs, SCADA systems, inverters, photovoltaic plants, servers and industrial platforms.

Its modular architecture supports gradual expansion from one consumer to multiple plants without unjustified replacement of existing equipment.

Real data. Relevant indicators. Clearer decisions.Energy management designed around real industrial requirements.

TECHNICAL REFERENCE

Practical references for industrial energy management

Energy data becomes useful when measurement boundaries, units and production context are defined consistently.

Where should energy meters be installed?

Measurement points should follow the questions the plant needs to answer: incoming supply, production lines, utilities, major consumers or individual machines. Meter class, communication interface and installation conditions must fit the application.

What makes an energy KPI meaningful?

Total consumption alone rarely explains efficiency. Specific consumption related to production, operating hours or another relevant driver enables period-to-period comparison and helps distinguish process changes from simple volume changes.

How are abnormal consumptions investigated?

Start with a baseline and verify the measurement. Compare operating state, production, shift and environmental conditions. Alarms should identify deviations that can be acted on, not generate noise from normal operating variation.
